These rules apply to every account and plan, including free, subscription, and Lifetime Plans. You must use the service lawfully and must not create, promote, or publish content involving prohibited topics or use cases. Review our Prohibited Niches policy for details.

You may create projects and workspaces for your own legitimate business or client work. Team features are for collaborators working on your SEO content, not for sublicensing, reselling, or operating SeoSmart as a white label product for unrelated third parties.
SeoSmart uses artificial intelligence to draft and optimize content. You are responsible for reviewing output for accuracy, legal compliance, and suitability before publishing. We do not guarantee search rankings, traffic, or revenue.
You retain rights to content you create, subject to these terms and third party model or integration terms you connect (for example OpenRouter or publishing platforms).
The platform, software, branding, and documentation are owned by or licensed to SeoSmart and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, non exclusive license to use the service while your account is active and in good standing.
Paid plans are billed through Stripe or other payment providers we designate. Fees, renewal terms, and refunds follow the plan shown at checkout and applicable law. Failure to pay may result in suspension of paid features.
The service is provided on an "as is" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, SeoSmart disclaims warranties and is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of AI content, publishing integrations, or SEO outcomes.
We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these terms, our prohibited niches policy, or if required to protect the platform or comply with law.
These terms are governed by the laws of Germany, without regard to conflict of law principles. Courts in Germany have exclusive jurisdiction where permitted.
