This Refund Policy applies exclusively to first-time purchases of Lifetime Plans. Our other paid plans include a 3-day trial and are therefore not covered by this policy.
Your initial Lifetime Plan purchase is eligible for a money-back guarantee lasting three days from the purchase date. To request a refund, email info@seosmart.app within that period using the email address associated with your account. This guarantee does not limit any non-waivable refund or cancellation rights available under applicable law.
Once the guarantee period has ended, Lifetime Plan payments are final unless applicable law requires otherwise. Refunds exclude fees paid directly to third-party providers. We may disable the associated Lifetime Plan access if a refund, chargeback, or payment reversal is issued.
