Lifetime Plan Policy

What You Are Purchasing

When you purchase a SeoSmart Lifetime Plan, you make a single, one-time payment for access to the SeoSmart features included in your selected plan for as long as the SeoSmart platform remains in operation. There is no recurring SeoSmart subscription fee for that plan.

"Lifetime" means the operational lifetime of the SeoSmart platform, not your personal lifetime or any fixed number of years. Lifetime access remains subject to this policy, our Terms of Service, and your compliance with our acceptable use requirements.

Lifetime Plans use a Bring Your Own Keys model. Your payment does not include fees charged by third-party providers, such as AI, SEO data, image storage, or publishing services. You are responsible for obtaining and paying for any external accounts, credentials, and usage required by the features you choose to use.

Some integrations are currently operated using credentials managed by SeoSmart, including certain Google Search Console and web search services such as Serper or Tavily. If usage volume, provider limits, costs, or operational demand increase, we may require you to connect your own credentials for some or all of these services in the future. Where reasonably possible, we will provide advance notice and setup guidance.

What You Receive and Our Commitment

Your one-time payment includes:

• Good-faith access to the features included in your selected Lifetime Plan, subject to its project limit and other limits displayed at checkout
• Maintenance, updates, and improvements to those included features within our available resources while the platform remains in operation
• Access to support through the channels SeoSmart makes available

You retain ownership of the content and data you create, subject to our Terms of Service and any rights or restrictions imposed by third-party services you connect.

SeoSmart is built with long-term sustainability in mind. Our revenue model combines one-time Lifetime Plans, recurring subscriptions, and other paid services to support continued development and operations.

We will communicate material changes that affect Lifetime Plan access when reasonably possible.

Operational Risk

SeoSmart is operated by an individual, Mahi Zakariae, rather than a large corporation. Although we intend to keep the platform operating for the long term, illness, accidents, security incidents, third-party service failures, changes in law, infrastructure costs, or other events beyond our reasonable control may disrupt or end the service.

If a planned closure becomes necessary, we will make reasonable efforts to provide advance notice and transition guidance. In an emergency or event outside our control, advance notice or assistance may not be possible.

If operating costs create sustained losses and no reasonable path to sustainability is available, we may seek optional community support, change the availability of future plans, reduce operating costs, or cease operations. We will communicate openly if we reasonably can.

You should keep regular copies of important content and data outside SeoSmart. Use available publishing, copying, or export tools regularly so that your work does not depend on the continued availability of any single platform.
