Prohibited topics and use cases
Do not use SeoSmart to generate, schedule, or publish content related to:
- Adult or sexually explicit material
- Gambling, betting, casino, or lottery promotion
- Illegal drugs, controlled substances, or paraphernalia
- Weapons, ammunition, or explosives
- Hate speech, harassment, or discrimination
- Fraud, scams, pyramid schemes, or deceptive get rich quick offers
- Unlicensed medical, health, or financial advice presented as professional guidance
- Child exploitation or content that targets minors inappropriately
- Piracy, copyright circumvention, or stolen goods
- Impersonation, defamation, or deliberate misinformation
- Escort, mail order bride, or similar services
- Tobacco, vaping, or nicotine products where restricted by law
- Any activity that violates applicable laws or third party platform rules (including search engine and ad network policies)
AI generated content responsibility
Even for allowed niches, you are responsible for reviewing AI output before publishing. SeoSmart does not guarantee rankings, traffic, or compliance with every jurisdiction or industry rule.
Enforcement
Projects, articles, schedules, or integrations that violate this policy may be removed without prior notice. We may suspend or terminate accounts that repeatedly breach these rules or abuse automation, bulk generation, or publishing features.
